Sofa
First off, this doesn't apply to this post or the rest of the pictures, but it's still cute. This is Talia eating dinner last night.
Natalia loves being on the sofa. Since she can climb up there on her own now, she is almost always there. I had left her in her rocking chair watching cartoons with her water, and the next time I looked at her this is where she was.
Have I also mentioned that she loves to play in water?
At least it is only water.

What's new with Natalia.
Natalia is really into blankets now. She is always pulling them out of her crib and then runs around with them. She is turning into Linus, or maybe a ghost.
We finally had to move the coffee table once she learned how to climb up on it. She would climb on top of it and then over the arm of the sofa. We had to move the table because she likes to run back and forth on the cushions, and she didn't know how to get down.
Now that she is 1 I am starting to make her more food and feeding her less baby food. She really likes pasta and apples.

How Miss Talia Spends Her Days
I just woke up. Can you tell?
I am only interested in watching cartoons when I am not fully awake. When I am awake I am way more interested in exploring than sitting and watching cartoons.
I can feed myself. It doesn't matter that most of it does not end up in my mouth.
I am very good at standing now. I can walk along the sofa, but I'm not ready to try to take steps on my own yet.

Cereal
Talia had her six month doctor's appointment on Friday even though she won't officially be that old until Monday. She is now 16 lbs. 10 oz. and 25 3/4 inches tall. She is in the 50th percentile for both. Her pediatrician gave us the green light to start feeding her foods. Last night we started her off with rice cereal.
